Tasmania took a one-wicket win over Western Australia in the Sheffield Shield in a match that went right down to the wire in Hobart.
Western Australia dominated the early exchanges of the match before a sporting declaration set up the game and Tasmania reached 351 for nine, two late boundaries from Brady Jones sealing victory.
Centuries from Wes Robinson (124) and Luke Ronchi (122) set up Western Australia's first declaration at 442 for eight before Tasmania declared on 296 for five, Alex Doolan hitting 135 and George Bailey 83.
Western Australia kept up the declaration theme by making 201 for four before setting Tasmania a testing target.
Ed Cowan hit another century, making 152 in 227 balls to keep the game in the balance and despite slipping to 323 for seven and then 342 for nine, Tasmania held their nerve to take their first win of the season which lifts them into second place in the table.
