some how i dont think so, recently the aussies havent handled pressure very when chasing a total! the only one the managed to chase the total down was the last one, by 1 wicket!!

ya I agree with you crick, who know aussies would have skittled for anathor score below 90 runs he he he , and would have created anathor record in loosing by maximum margin of runs in history.

  • A record 26 sixes in the game
  • A record 87 fours in the game
  • Gibbs (3rd) and Ponting (4th) enter the top 4 most explosive (in terms of strike rate) ODI innings
  • First time Australa have lost a bilateral series since June 2002 (Pak 2-1 Aus)

big match and never hope to see bowling of such poor quality again although i would not have minded watching good hitting off good bowling

I was completely shocked by this match! Just shocked! It showed me what a bunch of garbage ODIs really are!

I'm happy that no one broke Saeed Anwar's record of 194.

gibbs should have 175 great knock though so should lou vincent 172 against zimbabwe in the 40th over got out should have got 200 easily

Lou Vincent's 172 was against Zimbabwe so it wouldn't really have been something really amazing to score a double century against Zimbabwe in an ODI. If he did it against Australia or SA, that would be amazing.
