Most clubs however do winter nets at their local leisure center or school during every off season. Major cricket grounds like the oval and Lord's also have nets that you can book and play in with friends or with a coach and a bowling machine (although that's quite expensive).

My advice when you get here would be to find a local club and play in their nets sessions, it's not hard to find a club that do winter nets and it's quite cheap to turn up and play.
I played my one and only league match this year and again have the cricket bug, but...it's the end of the season!!!

So my question is:

Where can I play cricket in London during the winter, either in a league or just net sessions on pay as you play basis?

All advice very gratefully recieved!
