Generally speaking, there are 3 spots in a cricket team for quick bowlers, and only 1, at most 2 spots in a team for a spinner. <br>]]>

But then someone like Brett Lee was really poor in England as compared to the way he bowled in South Africa or Australia. It's a definite misnomer that spinners are less useful on wickets that don't turn square. Most of Warne's wickets came from straight deliveries !<br>]]>

Unless you can bowl a huge amount of variation off cutters, leg cutters, effort ball, at least 2 kinds of slower ball as well as stock standard perfect line and length then spin is the way to go.&nbsp;]]>
