So if you do it with a half bat, all that stuff is taken care of at the same time. If you do all that stuff and don't middle the ball, it's not going to get you a long time to stay at the wicket when you actually play in a match.</DIV>]]>

It interalia includes&nbsp;practicing to improve your eye,&nbsp;middle the ball with straight bat, high back lift, practicing your shots, adjusting&nbsp;for the&nbsp;late movements&nbsp;etc. etc. so it's not only about this one thing.
