Your non-bowling arm should be nice and high so you can make full use of your height, plus the downward drive you get with this later on'll help you get more pace through the air. You should be looking through this arm when you bowl. Your bowling arm should be cocked with the normal grip and should be beside your non-bowling hand. Make sure your hips and shoulders are in line with each other to acoid injury, and you should be leaning slightly forward - don't lean backwards because that'll ruin your back.

As you bowl, drive down with your non bowling arm towards the target and simultaneously bring your bowling arm through and bowl the ball. As you release the ball, pivot on your left foot, which will help you get more spin on the ball. You should drive through with your right leg. Your pivot should mean that the batsman will now see your other shoulder (ie he saw your left shoulder before you bowled, now he'll see your right shoulder).

Hope that helps.

Takes away LBW largely and reduces the effectiveness of a lot of deliveries. I know it's quite tempting because you'll get more spin, but spin is only really the final action of the ball from hand to pitch - flight, drift etc. Stay over the wicket unless you'r really stuck.

As for grips, there isn't a right grip. Just whatever you feel comfortable with and whichever grip helps you to bowl to your optimum potential should be your grip.
