It was my runup that was the problem, just abit more work on the wrist and it should be fine.<br>]]>

At training today it was good and the reason why my bouncer wasn't carrying was because of my runup.<br><br>I worked on it, turns out that my arms move sideways, but my feet move the momentum forward, and it was just my arms.<br><br>I fixed it a tiny bit and the bouncer carried at great pace. It's actually amazing what the runup does for you as a pace bowler.<br>]]>
