One thing I admires about Dhoni over the last year is that he is playing more responsible as a batsman or trying to play a bigger role as a batsman and not swinging his bat crazy like Afridi.
August 16th 2009, my team Youth Combine was crowned CHAMPION once more

That's why Dhoni is more dangerous than Afridi. Afridi is not consistent enough to be a threat. Opposition will know that Afridi might help Pakistan win a match or two max. but will not take series away from them.

Pieterson aint neccercarily a proper shot playin batsman.

it's an impressively wide range of cricketing matters that you know absolutely nothing about, isn't it?

KP's not a slogger. An aggressive or cocky batsman would have been accepted.
In troubled times, being philosophical helps a great deal, it helps you to remain sane and not do any further damage.

I think you didt saw the last matches where Afridi played. He didn't played crazy.  He was very consistant in the last tests. I have to agree with you in odis but in test matches he has shown a lot more responsibility. I would like to see him only in test matches, because he uses his brain only in Test matches.

He'll do terribly, and as of late Pakistan have done particularly bad against Australia! I remember McGrath ripped them up getting 8-20 odd last time they visited down under.

Afridi is either hot or cold and is the later more often than not.
Good one Graham!

He didn't have much chance to play against Australia/ SA. I think he can do well.He played very good last time when he played in Australia. With Test Matches he learned to play consistantly good. He can perform well against Aus / SA because he plays positiv cricket and dont respect their bowlers too much.

He's in the team because there are no quality all-rounders and people want a slogathon.

100% agree with what you said, here's an odd fact about him, in the age top 10 ODI players Afridi was no. 10, my answer he's not that good.

You agree with him on what garrywarne.
He is number 10 on the top ODI players. I don't believe it.
