Any tips on how to improve fast bowling?

   Hi,

Any tips on how to improve my bowling speed ? I am right hand medium pace bowler and have short run up (like 10 feet or so). I realized that I bend a bit more when the ball leaves my hand, could that be slowing down the pace ?
