By being an idiot would probably be one way.
Racist remarks would definitely be another.
Crossing Sledger or Clobber too often would be another.

common sense should be sufficient for survival.
I'm closing this now as it will inevitably turn into a "why was x, y or z banned?" type of thing. (The answer is that they were all idiots, by the way) |
