nah, he doesn't need a fitness net until he's 18 or 19, he just needs to work on his primarys and secondaries for now

Do you not recommend giving fitness nets to youngsters?

Maybe an extra fielding instead?
Good one Graham!

what slogger meant is that fielding pops are at the same rate regardless of the player's age, whereas primaries pop quicker the younger the player is, hence some people like to focus on the primaries while the player is 17.

he's ok and would do a job in V or lower. Since he can't be trained I personally would go to maybe £30k if he would autmotically become one of my top 5 bowlers.....£50k if he was going to be the best or near to

Well to get ITS first you change your ITS investment on your club info page, most people who are serious about it set theirr investment to 20K a week, which will give you 10ITS a week, but you might want to put in less if your short on cash.

The next thing is to repair your acedemy, which costs 30K to repair a level, you would probably need to get it up to superb, which again may cost you.

Now every Saturday you can go to your club info page and click start developing a new youth acedemy player, you can think allocate ITS to each stat, with a maximum of 12 on each stat. You can put a maximum of 35 on a 17 year old an there is no point on pulling anyone older than 17. When you have made your allocation you click get player and a player will come up on the screen, you can then decide wether to keep them, sell them or fire them, they are now part of your squad.

Even if you use 35 ITS on a player it only really garantees a mediocre youth pull, so it is an expensive system, however if you pull a respectable at the begining of the season with good other stats, you can 500K, I even heard of 1 guy getting 1.8 million for a player from his youth acedamy

I hate to brag Slogs - well not really - but yours truly sold a trainee for $2 Million at the start of this very season.  Apparently he is being trained up for the Australian U19 team.  His stats were Comp Stam./Resp Bowl/Resp Consis. straight out of the Academy.Big%20smile

Trouble is, to buy a decent player (superb or better) these days you need $6-7 Million plus.Ouch
