If you can afford if, just go for 10 psychologists - the theory being then that each player gets 1:1 with them, so deriving greater benefit.

Cobber, So does that mean for each coach i asign x1 psychologist? For example if i asign x4 batting coach and x4 bowling coach does that mean i have to asign x8 psychologist? also do i need to add another x2 psychologist for stamina and fielding? Thanks. |

you don't have to assign any if you don't want to, but for best results you assign one per net, irrespective of what the net is for |
