Remember - a bat is only as good as its master. A bat only reflects about 25% of the players performance

Good point. The bat doesn't make up the player.

no matter how good you are, if you havnt got a decent bat, you will have trouble. that 25% makes all the difference. Try playing cricket with a dud bat. Lol, I remember one time I hit a fast paced ball just outside off stump with the middle of my bat straight towards the bowler. The bowler flinched expecting the ball to come firing back. There we were, both in shock as I watched the ball rolling limply towards his feet. What was it, 7, 8 yards?
Never used that bat again.

"On the outfield, hundreds of small boys are playing with their balls." - Rex Alston, BBC

Well, the bat does make a difference but you don't have to have the best bat to be a good batsman. You just shouldn't have a horrible or bad bat. It should be one of the better bats.

Just like a sword is as good as its master. But believe me class bats are more or less the same and i think i counts only 5 to 10 % of a batter's unless a batsman is fool enough to choose a substandard bat.

Back to the topic, I think the best attacking bat is the woodworm torch.

The MB Malik Sher looks a mighty brute of a bat ideal for smacking it to all corners

It weighs 3 pounds and 9 ounces....a monster of a bat basically (most pros use around 2'9 or 2'10 for comparison)

Wow. You dug up this two week old thread to give us this exhibition of misuse of the English language. Not big, not clever, stop it.
