Dwayne Leverok's catch in the world cup against India is one catch that stands out for me in recent times. Maybe it wasn't the best catch in the world but the celebrations that took place after d catch was taken and emotions attached with the catch makes it my all time favourite.

For me it has to be Paul Collingwood against Australia in England 2005, just prior to the ashes. My 2nd would be Vasbert Drakes against Canada in 2003 WC that was a screamer.

One always in the back of my head is that one from M. Waugh in the 99 WC against PAK. He caught Wasti at 2nd slip off McGrath. Astonishing full stretch to his right!!
Best caught and bowl I've seen is from Dwayne Bravo to Shane Warne in 2005. Full stretch one hand dive to his left. Amazing!!
Collingwood has pulled off some screamers too and I think there's 3 of them that would go in my top 10!

I think you should add Pietersen to your list, remember the 9 (i think) he dropped against Australia in the 2003 teas series.

Surprising really, his keeping standards have slipped of recent. It used to be immaculate, now makes quite a few small mistakes.....luckily no big ones yet.

One of the best catches i have ever seen is the one that Janie Dalrymple took in the final of the Commenwealth bank series against Australia. I remember he was fielding at backward point and he took a diving one handed catch to his left to dismiss Watson! That was a good catch

I dont know between astle and sinclair, but i guess sinclair because he caught it left-handed and he is a right hander.

Styris took an amazing one against SL a few years back. Falling to his left and diving he juggled it and then finally caught it on the third attempt, while mid-air!! |
