Hey, I played cricket in australia for a summer at this place. i went from england during the winter. it is really good. have a look at the website. it may help with coaching aspects because if u live in melbourne or the area u can go to video analysis and classes or if u live overseas then u can go and train everyday and play for a local club and there are top quality coaches and fitness staff there who make specific programs for u. there are people there from all over the world as well so its good to meet people.overseas players are put in really good housing and the cricket centre has excellent facilities etc. it is the best thing ive done. anyway if u have any questions let me know.

Sounds interesting, haven't seen anything like this in Melbourne. I suppose it's worth a look, if I have some time.

Yeah, that's not too far away for me. These swinger plus and swinger pro video analysis sound interesting. How precise are they? It looks like an excellent facility and the price of entry seems reasonable.

they are as good as they sound! really top stuff! u get a dvd or cd and can play about at home with them as well as in the lesson because the cds have a version of swinger installed on them! hes very highly regarded in the area and does club coaching as well where he takes his software out with him etc. he also has a plasma screen tv in the bowling machine net, where if u want, u can see the shot uve just played on the tv. he also runs evening 2 hour academies with 8 people on at certain times in the season and works on each batting discipline each week and then some bowling as well in the net sessions. those are first come first serve basis i think.

They seem like top of the class equipment. Just had a look at the price of one. They certainly aren't cheap! You spoke about training on batting and bowling, what about keeping?

yeah they are not cheap. he has invested a lot in having top of the range gear, ie the sony plasma tv! erm im not sure about keeping cos im a bowling all rounder so havent had the need. when he coached at durham in the summer, i think he worked on keeping with some of the younger ones. send him an email perhaps to see what he says?

All sites I go on have a Grammar man in one form or another. They're normally given stupid names like Grammar Police.
I don't think this site needs one because we accept the spelling and grammar mistakes and stop people using text speak.

I was only kidding around with Bondy Tyke and I deliberately made that error! My Grammar sucks as well MP12 so it will never be a job for me.

I only brought it up to see what a "grammar man" actually is.
