Its very unnecessary, we are all watching the game and following it so you don't need to commentate and describe whats happening.

Only add to whats happening and comment. Just look back at your posts and how stupid most of them are

'ANIL KUMBLE', abubakar52 and RightHandBat

Stop spamming the match threads please

Look, somepeople don't have Sports Channels. You know, the ones where you pay $50 a month. So if they don't have those Channels, they have to know the scores, who's bowling well, and other stuff like that. So we have to post it on the threads.

I agree with that too. The Channel here shows only Test matches and I have to pay for the ODI's. So it's better and faster way for the main highlights. Next time at the end of each day of Test we should give the full batting scorecard, bowling scorecard, etc. Just add more detail. Okay. We are going off topic now. Let's focus.

Damm, I won't be here at that time.

I was just wondering, who decides the winner of each award? Do people vote?

I think JP or Sledge as they are both devoted to the site and its users
County Sim on extended break until I've got less work and more free time. When I have a specific date, I'll post it in the thread.

can you name a host JP soon cause if you started voting in december youd only get like 2 votes on each category while forum members each day register approximately 900 now if start voting within a month there could be 25 votes for each cateogry as by the time its december there'd be 1000 forum members

What are you on about?

We won't hold the awards for ages yet, seeing as the last ones were held in February. There's no need to get things going yet. This thread was only started as a bit of a joke by Merv.

Oh, and can you make your signature a little smaller please.

A weekly basis?

How does that work exactly? I guess you'd have thread of the week, quote of the week etc.

Might be interesting, but I can see interest tailing off after a few weeks.

You never know though...

hey jp its a good idea from danielfullard, how about putting it inot play.
In troubled times, being philosophical helps a great deal, it helps you to remain sane and not do any further damage.

Well, I'll let Daniel be in charge of his own idea then.

I guess it'll be up to him to decide categories then perhaps we PM him with nominations and things.

But it's up to him how he does it, of course.

Well on the other site its basically things like Thread of the week, post of the week, funniest quote of the week, etc etc and it does make for a lot of ood banter. The Admin takes charge on there and choose himself

You can be in charge of this one. You sound like the only one who knows how it works.
