dying to practice

ive just about started playing league cricket in canada, last yaer for my first season, the problem is my team doenst really practice much, I do goto a few universal nets sometimes and practice with the people who are there, but i feel im wasting my time most of the time, I am desperate to improve my game and practice as much as I can especially during the summer, usually when practicing I find alot of bowlers just do not have the control or pace to make the experience any valuable, I was wondering if theres some club in toronto, mainly any place near missisauga which is more professional and takes cricket a bit more seriously
