Anyone have any ideas or opinion on what should be in by-laws if an opposing team forfiets their game in a two day match where outright points are available ?

I agree, but im pretty pissed off at the moment because the rule states that "the opposition team gets the highest points scored in that round"...it was a two day game and the second week got washed out for all teams....luckily 1 team got 1st innings points in the first week....i know all that sound a bit complicated....but my main gripe is that every team that has played this team have received outright points and some in the first week....and we only get first innings points
