I'm surprised that no one has gone for Peter Siddle yet so I'll take him and Dinesh Ramdin

Yer I'm a big fan of Ian Harvey Raj. Never met his potential with the bat in ODIs, as most bowling all rounders do, but a very handy medium bowler.

Dips_December - H.Gibbs & A.McDonald
NZ_Fast - N.Kulesakera & J.Ryder
Sam_Ahmed - A.Rashid & D.Fernando
Mystery - J.Anderson & C.Gayle
Milkman - I.Pathan & Y.Singh
Zuhair - C.Martin & U.Amin(I actually thought it was Amin Umar!)
MolholtraRaj - S.Sreesanth & L.Wright
Spinwizard - P.Siddle & D.Ramdin

I think I can start putting the stats into the sim, could take a few days though.
I'll announce the fixtures in a new thread once I input the stats.
If everyone's okay with 18 player squads, then JP can close the thread.
You know, I'm trying to decide whether to change my siggy or not...

Doesn't bother me. Yes, 18 is fine, not too much point going for anymore that that I reckon.

There is perhaps one more player I would like to get, based purely on stats.

I was surprised no one picked Yuvraj and Irfan , they have good stats and they were good late grabs for me.

I wanted to pick Irfan but preferred to pick Parnell instead... Irfan is now more of a 'bits and pieces' player and I thought it's better to pick a genuine bowler.

In FC cricket I'm sure his bowling is still effective enough. I wouldn't pick him in tests... then again I don't even know if I'm going to use him in my sim.

I'm glad we've all but finished selections. I start my summer job next week which will limit my computer time on most days.

I'm doing a lot of fieldwork though, or working in controlled condition rooms with no internet. Logging in at night should be sufficient though once the sim starts? All we have to do is pick a team, a pitch type etc....

Ya I guess so. I have a funny feeling that Mystery's team is not all that bad and may end up beating quite a few teams.

If you all can allow me to have Jason Krejza and Ryan Ten Doeschate, I'll be very happy then... I'm assuming all others are happy with their 18 players. I'll have 20 as Blade said earlier that it can be anywhere between 15-20.

in JP's sim I was able to give all of them a go Dips, although Sean Ervine and Ray Price got only one game... You never know, injuries to 2-3 players in the same category and you'll be in trouble... say for example if Shakib and Vettori both get injured at the same time, I'll atleast have Krejza to look up to as my spinner otherwise I'll be helpless.

Damn, I wanted ten Doeschate. He served me so well in the other sim, but I have quite a good line up so I can't complain really.

I would like to pick up Rainsford though.

I don't know if it matters or not but the Captain for my team will be Graeme Smith and MS Dhoni will be his deputy.
