I love bowling bouncers, this might sound cruel but I love seeing a batsman get hit by one of my crunching bouncer's, I love it when they try and hide the fact they are in pain but it is perfectly blatent they are. I'm 14 so batsman are not used to facing boucers(I am above average height for my age) they usaully can't hook because of this so no runs are scored of them. Here is a tip if you really want to pound a batsman bowl at their body short from around the wicket.

I Like Bowling Yorkers,I Dont have The Pace To Bowl Affective Bouncers But I Respect Bowlers Who Bowl Bouncers On To The Body.

The Variations I Use Mostly Are:

- Normol Deliviery
- Off Cutter
-Leg Cutter
-Swinging Yorker( with new ball)

My Off Cutter Is Very Affective..Usualy Desievs The Batsman

I am 13 and I have measured 132 kph (In Dubai, at the shopping festival, Gillette was holding a fastest bowler contest.)
I can't really swing it in, but outswingers are quite EASY for me, rather natural. And I NEVER EVER compromise on accuracy, every single ball of mine hits exactly the spot I wish it to.
My variations include a slow ball (I roll my wrists), and I can bowl excellent leg cutters.
I can also bowl a pretty good bouncer. I play with the U-18s here, and I open the bowling for my team.
My coach tells me to bowl an just a little overpitched, and it should bounce over the stump. If you focus hard enough, you can get it right and that's amazing.
I am also a top order batsman (either 1 down or opening and occasionaly 2 down).
I have a rigid workout and I want to try in the MRF Pace Foundation, even though I stay outside India. If anyone knows about the requirements and details, please contact me by mail :shaazthegreat@gmail.com
I'll be going over to Chennai anyway!
:D

That's pretty quick at any age. For a 13yo it's just about incredible.
I swing both ways - but only when I'm bowling!

For 13 year olds it's probably physically impossible, I would personnaly never trust speed guns, they quite often don't work, I was recorded as bowling a 70MPH legbreak on one once, and that is definitely impossible for a 14 year old.

I am in the Millenium School, Dubai. Kind of junk when it comes to cricket, my school. I go for coaching at Insportz, I also use to go for SCC.
Where do you stay? Which school?
Hey, guys, here's my workout routine:
1. 3 consecutive days in a week 2 and a half hour sessions with matches, nets or real match situation simulation. I don't work out on these days.

2. Once a week: Abdominal Circuit Training (30 mins) + 40 mins backyard cricket.

3. Once a week: Footwork Training (15 mins) and a Game of Soccer (45mins) with friends.

4. Once a week: Bowling and fielding and sometimes batting-nets (1hour) + (1 hour rest) Upper Body Circuit Training (25 mins) + Backyard Cricket (25 mins)

5. Once a week: Bowling and fielding and sometimes batting-nets (1hour) + (1 hour rest) Lower Body Training - Simple Plyometrics and Running(25 mins) + Abdominal Circuit (25 mins)

Try www.cricketsecrets.com forum, www.chappellway.com.au and www.harrowdrive.com
Sites with great info!
Might be a mistake, dunno. But it is possible to bowl at those speeds for a 13 yr old, you know. Ppl here in this country are HUGER, and with workout we can develop lots of pace.
Too much time is spent on technique. Focus should be on "FOCUS". :D
If you can imagine the ball leaving your hand and bouncing in a certain manner, focus a lot on that, and you'll get it right.
Search google for the BRacewell fastbowling formula and also register at greg chappell's site (www.chappellway.com.au) and look at the interactive coaching module.
But most important : visit http://www.coachesinfo.com/category/cricket
and check out some real science
