yes it does, with things like, if i get run out, or am i play threw the shot, am i playing straight in defence, and is there a gap in between my bat and pad, but it isn't that im hard on myself that ive made the mistake, i worry that im going to make it again and again |

Haha you sounds exactly like me a year ago, i 'fixed' that by seting up some little things to if i start to worry about something during a game.
eg if i do something wrong when bowling i stretch my right shoulder. sounds random but seems to stop me from worrying Just an idea that might help |

i also get this problem, but what you have to do is if you feel you have done something wrong or made a mistake, you just got to say to yourself everyone makes mistakes or bowls the odd bad ball, or plays the odd mis timed shot. all the pros do this, but what they do is make sure that they keep their mistakes to a minimum, they all make them, its just how often they do. the key to not making as much as mistakes is to find out what you did wrong and correct it. if you played your shot early, try and wait for the ball next time. if you bowled a bad ball, maybe because you collapsed in your action, then try and stay up right. hope this helps
p.s never be hard on yourself, it will just put you down, think of the good times you have had, when things arent going your way. |

I've never been taught how to bat, it just comes naturally to me so I
never think about the technical side of things. (Thats sounds really
cocky, but I sware its true, I spend all my time on my bowling and I
learn about batting simply from bowling.) I open for my team because of
my good defensive strokes, you should try that Pietersen fan. Just
think like you're the bowler and then think, "where are my weak
points?" then work on those things.

One no ball in 13 overs wouldn't really bother me much. Now come on PF, you couldn't be normal, if you feel that bad about it. Remember perfection is God's busienss!
