1. Haven't you asked me who will win the WC

2. The ashes - England obviously

Windies v Pak - Pak

India V South Africa - South Africa

Zim V Bangladesh - Bangladesh

And now Daisy's question

I have a huge ammount of people in my school who like cricket, virtually every boy in the year. So not being able to talk to someone about cricket isn't really a problem.

9. One thing that I would probably change is the selection policy, things like picking geriant Jones for the first test. i hate the way Fletcher is obsessed with this same line up thing.

11. Which team do you think have the best stroke makers?

12. Are you like a good bit of the english weak against spin?

13. What is your school cricket system like and the pitches?

10. My favorite West Indian cricketer is Lara, he's brilliant and I still remember watching that 400* truly incredible

11.The team with the best stroke makers, tough one probably those damn Aussies again

12. Yes, fairly weak, I have a solid defense but because i only ever play twenty20 I have to try and attack them and get in a horrible mess, I did launch one a good 50 yards out of my club ground once though.

13. The school cricket system's oretty good, we play the same teams each year and normally play 20 to 30 overs ( unlike club cricket where it's just 20) and theres no retirement limit, which is nice as it let me make my 2 career bests of 72* and 60*

The pitches are generally good, if a bit on the green side, generally very little help for spinners. The boundarys are also really short which is always good

Best thing about this forum is it's personalities. I ahve had chat clubs in the past but I wrk two jobs and the hours can make it hard to keep up conversations. This group is really good.

The current series being the ashes is doing what Shane Warne did to cricket 15 years ago. Bringing excitement back to the masses. I recall Warne being the buzz on everyones lips when he burst onto the scene. This upcoming ashesseries has more buzz than that created by the touring west indian side of 60/61. It is just what international cricket needed. Aussies 3-1 though.

My favourite umpire remains Backnor despite his fall from his best.
Judge the player not by their stats, but by their opposition.

The series between sa and India will be closer thas the ashes. A guy by the name of Sachin Tendulker will be enough to get india across the line.

I see Dravids captaincy similar to Ponting. I feel they are both captain of a team of individual players. There seems little team unity in either camp but they have the two most talented lists.

I thought Lara and Tendulker shared the same life span and they would leave together. Based on Lara's latest knock, I must say we have a few years left in Tendulker.  I support my home country Australia but support individuals who excite me. Flintoff, Boucher, loved Darren Gough, Vettori is a favourte

Thats easy Crownmethod! The English simply can't last 2 days against Warne on a wearing track.

I'm not dhoniisbest, but....

In my previous school (when I had moved from a country and school that spoke of cricket all day, to a school were no one knew what cricket was, turned out to be a big difficulty for me. So I started talknig about cricket all day and night to them Annoyed them and did everything possible (they were very very good friends anyway, so they would never think me as weird) and finally was satisfied that I had atleast spoken of ti.. In my new school though, I have learnt from past experiences and people here don't look like they care about anything, I don't speak to them about it except for a few close friends. One of them actually knows what happening, but pretends that he doesn't know anything about it. One day I asked him his favourite playes and he answered them. It is a difficult life fr the first year. After that people like who chat on forums don't find a problem. Infact I found the forum last year when all this happened. After that I just spoke of cricket to my friends to make jokes or do something fun.

Well then I guess you must be really happy that you found this forum so that now you can talk about cricket with other cricket fans who really love the game. Anyway it's good to get people informed about the game. We all know that in north america cricket is not very popular.
