hi guys, another question about legspin. When you mark out your run up how do you do it?do you take long strides or short strides? oh and what do you use as to mark the run up it like a twig or a penny?

well as long as you know your run up (which is personal choice) you should use the stride lengths that get you to the starting point of your runup in whole strides.
I personally use the biggest strides i can muster and they get me to the right place. just dig your heel into the ground |

Or if you have spikes then you just scrape your foot along the ground.

Get a cone or a marker or another ball and put it where you run-up starts. Cones are so useful!!
