Mac try taking protein supplements, there relatively easy to find from supermarkets/health stores. You can get pure protein, or protein mixed with carbs and good fats. Try looking for one that says it helps weight gain. This would be a better option than eating fast food. Protein supplements are usually made in the form of a milkshake, they taste disguting at first but you get used to them. They are NOT replacement for meals, they are an add-on to your daily diet. You must be sensible in taking supplement at your young age if you put on too much weight you might not be able to get it off later in life lol. |
