Dear friends! Cricket fever has grown a lot. There are certainly a lot of followers of cricket then in the past. I think that women cricket will get more and more stronger and worthwhile in the future. What do you people think? |

ohhhhhh wanna hope your wife doesn't read that clobbs I'm all for it, in local cricket trials when i was 15/16 there were several girls who were excellent. They could bowl and bat just as well as the rest of us fellas. In australia womens cricket has definetly grown, once never heard of, now we have a national league, and while they don't receive any television coverage, ABC radio gives regular updates on womens league matches, and even the odd over of commentary in the final. Whilst this may not sound like much, it's a huge step foward, as 10 years ago many people never even knew that there was a domestic womens competion. So i'd say the future is bright, and i'm all for it. |

We have a womens team at our club. I watched the juniors playing and their terrible,
apparently the adults are better though.

brighton college have produced 3 england women of the present and one of the recent past because they hand scholarships to women cricketers. they all keep their place in the brighton team ahead of men Holly Colvin (left arm orthodox) Laura Marsh (right arm pace) Sarah Taylor (wicketkeeper batsmen) Clare Connor (Captain)

If i had 3 wishes i would do 3 thing... exile mahmood and harmison, make geraint jones the best keeper in the universe and me the best leg spinner. what a lethal combination!
