i think it depends completly on your delivery if your somneone who tosses it up alot normally finger spiners you are likely to get more turn on grass well short grass and wrist spinners who tend to send it at a more reasonable pace down the pitch i would have thought it would have turned the same depending on the net and grass i suppose.

Some concrete spin more than some. I have played on 2 type of concrete surface and one turned more than the other. One was a bit rougher and the other had like a sheen so the ball skidded. I had real hell batting on it saturday!

Rubbish! Concrete doesn't grip at all! If you can turn a ball on concrete thn it will spin much more on a decent grass wicket.

If your not getting alot of spin try spreading your fingers less over the seam. If its uncomfortable to hold then bring your fingers in more. I practise on grass and when i go to the nets which are concrete i have to turn it up a bit to get spin.

That is the general coaching method, although some people don't feel comfortable holding the ball across the seam, and a scrambled seam allows for more disguise.

It might not work on a normal wicket because concrete grips a ball better than grass/ normal wicket. Hope it works out for you, but i'm going to stay with my same grip.
