I am concerned about my eyes while playing in the blazing sun. Have been using a cheap brand of sunglasses..supposedly UV protecting and polarized, but I find my eyes getting tired wearing them on the field. These cheap glasses are supposed to be worse for eyes...
Am going to buy a pair of Oakley Radar Path now. Are supposed to resist those sweat streaks and oil smudges plus fit very nicely. A more detailed description here http://www.cricketsupplies.com/sunglasses/oakley-radar.asp
What Im not so sure about is the lens tint to buy. One which provides best visibility of a red ball against green/brown background. Anyone has got any pointers? Im sure I wont be the first one to use these Oakleys. I know for sure that Tendulkar, Lara , Pietersen etc have been using them for long.
If not Oakley, what other eye protection do you guys use?

I wear cheap ones simply because I manage to break a pair every season and would be pretty dismayed to be breaking a set of Oakleys all the time

I'm the same like Clobber. The ones I buy cost about US$8.

I brought some fake Oakley's off eBay, they look rubbish so I get some stick (especially when wicketkeeping with them on and my naff helmet and my old, battered pads) but they seem to protect me eyes ok.
