Sri Lanka have a very balanced bowling attack, left and right hand combinations, off spinners, fast bowlers and part time bowlers. Australia would be next but they need to improve Cameron White. I've seen him bowl he usually bowls very well, he just needs a few international scalps to get his cofidence up.
New Zealand are a bowling team, the've found good fast men and have Vettori and Petel to take wickets when needed. |

It has to be Australia.
With the retirement of Warne and McGrath the test team will slightly suffer but with the upper coming talent of the Aussies ODI squad they still hold the best bowling attack in the world.
You dont get to top of the world by just batting, lucky for the aussies they are amazing on all areas of the one day game!

Pakistan has best bowling attack now so far such as Shoaib Akhtar, Mohammad Asif and Umar Gul - Dont forget the Shabbir Ahmed who is coming back after long time --
Pakistan is the second team to have best attack after Austrailia Then after Pakistan , it s South Africa and New Zealand |

I agree, I also like to add Kaushal Lokuarachchi & Malinga Bandara to that list.

I went for Sri Lanka because of their depth and options.
Vaas. LFM Malinga. RF Fernando. RFM Murali. OS Jayasuriya. SLA Mahroof. RFM So many options and are all potential match winners. |

Which team bosts of the best bowling attack in ODIs? It has to be effective on all conditions.
Austrailia - very disciplined and lethal pace attack, who can rip apart any side. lacks a good spinner (get Brad Hogg in boys) Bangladesh - promising seam attack of Shadat Hossain and Mashrafe Mortaza. The three pron left arm spin is capable of strangling any side. But they lack performances in death overs England - Looks a good attack on paper (with addition of panesar), but taken to the cleaners if the pitch does not offer help. India - Apart for Kumble and Zahir Khan and Harbhajan on a slow wicket others are useless. New Zealand - promising fast attack, speraheaded by Bond and good spin support by Vettori and Patel, once again tends to be taken apart in relatively flat pitches. Pakistan - Threatening seam attack with seamers, swinger and express pacers, probably the best fast attack after SA, but lacks a wicket taking spinner in the ranks like Saqlain. Sri Lanka - Most complete ODI bowling attack, swing bowler, seam bowler, fast bowler, slinger, offie and a left armer as front liners. South Africa - Best sean attack is here which can send best of batting lines tottering. But lacks a spinner and liable for serious caning on slow wickets. West Indies - Taylor and Bravo promising, but overrated. Bradshaw is magnificient. Needs lot of improvement. My money is on Austrailia or Pakistan (and Sri Lanka if the pitch is marginally slow) |
