In my mind there is a lot of nonsensicle banter going on on this forum about who is the BEST spinner in the world, this is crazy, because Ray Charles and stevie wonder can see that Warne, and Muralitheran are centuries ahead of all other spinners.

In my eyes,Kumble,Kaneri,Vettori, and McGill are the next four best in the world, although not in that order.

Gill, the English spinner is no better than "a good bowler."
Must get a drink,I'm drier than a pommies bath towel.
Australians all let us rejoice, for we are 1-2-3.

I think Kumble deserves the third place, Kaneria the fourth (he is better in gugly) and McGill & Vettori the next.

3rd best for me is prob Kumble, then MacGill, then Vettori the kaneria. Giles miles behind the rest, same with that bloke Boje.

Kaneria might not remain consistent, i doubt his consistacy. If i am given a choice, i would give a chance to Mushi.

very interesting fact ,, harbhajan is very young still and already has lot of wickets to his name ,,, slowly and surely if he plays till warnie's age [35 to 36] ,he would not only beat both[i mean murali and shane] of them ,, but will beat them by a miles apart.

He may not last that long, Indians put a great deal of pressur eon their nation team players, a couple of bad series for Singh and his career could be over, u cannot know what happens, u can only predict.

anyone seen arshad khan bowl in the last test? Wheres he been all these years?

I would put Kumble third, Kaneria 4th and Vettori or Harbhajan 5th

Well according to teh ICC Vettori is No.3, because he was chosen as the No.2 spinner behind Murali in the ICC World XI ODI and Test team. Not Anil,  Singh, Kaneria. Maybe even MacGill is No.3 in the world.

Its Vettori no doubt about that, he is vesitile and has a lot of heart, and can be good on any pitches, Kubmle needs delhi ground to be good, kaneria still not good enough, Harbhajan inconsistant

LOL, Brian Murphy leggie from Zim wasnt bad. I tellu what i liked Ray Price, left arm orthordox. He got a 6 for against Aussies, continuing Aust problems with finger spinners. Not bad bowler, but unfortunately with whats happpenin in Zim..

Paul Strang and Ray Price where the best spin bowlers ever had but due to the poloitcs in Zim cricket Ray Price left which so sad because Zim now  lack a serious threating bowling attack especially after Streak retired from International cricket to go and captain his county side

I don't know what future any young cricketer has in Zimbabwe.

Perhaps you can go for RSA.

Andy Flower, one of the best batsmen in the 90's went to SOuth Australia to play here and he failed badly, so did Blignaut and Sean Ervine who could not even get into the 2nd XI sides!!

Murray goodwin was very successful for WA but now is dropped.
