 Here are the details of the Cricket World ® World Cup Prediction League. The competition will be run along similar lines to the normal competition – you will submit weekly predictions with the best scores after the group stages, super eights and the final being awarded prizes. If you prefer, you may predict the
result of each and every group game straightaway, the fixtures are shown

8 Full group games if you wish to

JP , the flaw in the system is obvious (and spotted easily by Clobs!).
If you persist with asking for only 8 predictions from a possible 11
per week then anyone with half a brain will not predict the outcome of
the games when the big guns are matched up.
Why not insist on predictions for all the matches in the 1st phase , that strikes me as the only way to get through to the super 8 stages without most of the lads on 100% ! You can revert to the old system in the super 8's if you so wish. Up to you though , I'll post mine when I see your response. (If it remains unchanged I'll just copy and paste Clobs's!) |

Okay JP , but as we read in Asterix comics "Unless the
sky falls on our heads" these are bulletproof ! Rain shouldn't
interfere either , extra day for all games - must check if I can get a
bet on these results!
