i wouldnt be to suprised if west indies win it just takes a spark from one player like gayle or lara. no one thought windies would win the icc champions trophy but they came through to win it think of what they could do at there home ground Edited by Black_cap_95 |

Yes very true, even though they are the worse of the 8 major teams.

Yeah and I think Kenya would stand a better chance of winning than Zimbabwe. Still, it would be interesting to see who will win the next world cup

It really surprises me that England, the country that created cricket, has NEVER won a World Cup!
I hope Pakistan wins the 2007 World Cup with Inzamam starring and calling it quits right after the World Cup! |

I think this time many teams are there , you name it ; INDIA(though I
am an Indian , so I'll include this one for sure, but still the young
guns are the upcoming winners , as I see it) , AUSTRALIA( as always)
, England( some confidence not seen in last few years , still
they havent have a single cup) , Pakistan( Inzy's team is a real fury,
you can see the agression )
It'll be great to see these 4 atleast in semis. |

My Semi Final teams are
Australia India Pakistan Sri Lanka looking at the choking record of India, i feel any of Australia, Srilanka & Pakistan might end up in the final. The conditions in the Carribean are much like the sub continent therefore i dont see England, New Zealand or South Africa causing any upsets. |

i think india will win. they have a great batting order with the likes of sehwag tendulkar dravid pathan dhoni and yuvraj. there batting order is just as good as the aussies but they have to work a bit with their bowling and then it will be fun

India, Pakistan, SA, and Australia are certainly strong contestants for the World Cup. I think at the end it'll be SA vs. Aus. in the final or Indo-Pak in the final.
