i have a double jointed wrist so i bowl completely different to most of you but give it a real flick and use your finger to pull up whilst your wrist is turning. the first few times you will struggle but then it should come off.

Lead with your thumb, same action, if you get it right it will leggie a little bit and get alot of bounce. I have hit people on the helmet with this technique

I did that for a while, youve got to make sure your hand is in the right position, otherwise you look at your action too much and you lose one of the main things - the spin
