New Zealand Women have called up two uncapped players ahead of the conclusion of the limited overs series against Australia Women later this month.
Canterbury pair Kelly Anderson, a quick bowler, and spinner Frances Mackay have been added to the squad for the three One-Day Internationals while Mackay is also set to feature in three Twenty20 Internationals.
Australia lead the five-match T20 series 1-0 with the final matches in Invercargill on 18th, 19th and 20th February.
"Mackay has been the form batsman in the 50-over competition and a consistent performer with the ball in both competitions," coach Gary Stead told www.blackcaps.co.nz.
"Anderson has been extremely consistent with the ball and deserves her promotion to the next level."
