We are back with Around the Grounds, kicking off with World Cup. The football World Cup is currently holding the attention of the world, with only one game ending in a draw thus far and goals galore.

We picked out some of our favourites ranging from Mario Balotelli filling a sticker book with stickers of himself, Jonathan Pearce's goal-line blunder and cricket fans enjoying the occasion.

Top Performances & Results from the week is up second, showing players celebrating their win, score updates and scorecards and man of the match awards.

A fair few Events this week, but not much in terms of variety. With the great weather the majority of people we saw had decided to have a BBQ, and why not! One image shows the Nottingham Ladies cricket team celebrating after there win with a burger.

Also included this week are News & Announcements which could be transfers, club announcements or injury updates (which there seems to be an awful lot of this week). There were between 5-10 injuries we picked up on this week, from swollen ankles to full hand casts.

The More section as always includes anything else that doesn't fit into the sections above. Especially interesting was Stephen Fry supporting causes, Chris Gayle enjoying fathers day and Kevin Pietersen and Piers Morgan posing for a picture.

We have tried to include as many interesting tweets as possible but if you think yours belonged in here but you don't see it you can contact us @Cricket_World and we will hopefully include it next time.

As we have featured so many tweets, you may have to scroll to the bottom and click on the Read Next Page to find what you are looking for.
