Audio - Gough On Yorkshire, England, The Ashes

Listen as Darren Gough tells B3 Cricket and Cricket World that England 'absolutely battered' Australia in the Ashes and that Yorkshire's success this season surprised him.

Talking to B3 Cricket as part of their first birthday celebrations, Gough tackled a number of topics including Yorkshire's season, England's Ashes success, the make-up of the England team and his own career.

He honestly admits that Yorkshire's Championship push this year came as a pleasant surprise and he puts it down to the batsmen, thinks England dominated the Ashes, which was reflected in the 3-0 final scoreline and that it was a huge series for Ian Bell.

He adds that much being made of the number of players in the England team who weren't born in England is nothing new, reeling off a number of former team-mates who he played with who were born elsewhere.

Finally, he talks about his own career, after being asked whether he would have liked to have played more Twenty20 cricket.
