Cricket Australia (CA) have appointed Tim Coyle as both assistant coach to the Women's team and lead fielding and wicket-keeping manager for the National Programme.
Coyle has enjoyed a highly successful stint with Tasmania, including leading them to Sheffield Shield and Ryobi One-Day titles before stepping down.
He will join up with the Commonwealth Bank Southern Stars ahead of their tour of England for the Women's Ashes, which get underway on 11th August.
In his role of National Programme Manager/Coordinator - Fielding and Wicket-Keeping he will work with the state and territory associations.
Coyle played for Tasmania for seven seasons, spent 10 years coaching in Launceston prior to take over Tasmania.
