Elwiss is a bowling all-rounder who has to date taken 70 wickets at 18.34 including a best of five for 11 having made her debut for Staffordshire in 2004.
She has also played for Australian Capital Territory in Twenty20 cricket as well as representing England Academy and Development squads.
England begin their campaign against New Zealand on 30th June in Derby before they play India on 2nd July and then Australia at Lord's on 5th July.
