Asia Cup hosts Bangladesh have named a 13-man squad, which will continue to be captained by wicket-keeper Mushfiqur Rahim.

The squad was originally named without a captain or vice-captain but the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has decided against making any leadership changes.

All-rounder Mahmudulalh will continue as Mushfiqur's vice-captain.

Hard-hitting opening batsman Tamim Iqbal has been named on the list of standby players having recently recovered from a groin injury.

Bangladesh begin their campagn against Pakistan in the tournament's opening match on 11th March. They then play India on 16th March and Sri Lanka on 20th March.

The final is on 22nd March and all matches are held at the Sher-e-Bangla stadium in Mirpur.
