Bangladesh have named a 25-man preliminary squad for their upcoming tour of the West Indies in August and September.
They will play three One-Day Internationals, a Twenty20 International and two Tests between 20th August and 17th September.
Uncapped leg-spinner Jubair Hossain is included in the squad despite not having played a first-class match although he has played two Tests and 19 ODIs at Under-19 level.
Joining him is uncapped all-rounder Mukhtar Ali, who recently toured the West Indies as part of the Bangladesh 'A' squad and Taijul Islam, a slow left-armer who was also on that tour but has not yet represented Bangladesh at international level.
All-rounder Ziaur Rahman is the only player who was part of the squad for the recent 2-0 ODI series defeat to India to be left out.
The players will head to Dhaka on Tuesday (1st July) to work with Strength & Conditioning Coach Mario Villavareyen.
