Bangladesh have named a 14-man squad to face England in the two-Test series which begins on Friday 12th March in Chittagong.

There is no place in the squad for Mohammad Ashraful, who missed the One-Day International series in a bid to regain some form while left-arm spinner Enamul Haque junior has been recalled.

Roqibul Hasan, whose place appeared to be in doubt ahead of the series, has done enough, in scoring a century and a half-century for Bangladesh A against England, to earn his palce in the squad and although he missed Bangladesh's last Test in New Zealand, he could come in as a straight replacement for Ashraful.

Shakib Al Hasan continues to lead the side as Mashrafe Mortaza, who made a brief comeback in the ODI series, is not included.

Bangladesh: Shakib Al Hasan (captain), Mushfiqur Rahim, Tamim Iqbal, Imrul Kayes, Zunaed Siddique, Aftab Ahmed, Mahmudullah, Roqibul Hasan, Naeem Islam, Rubel Hossain, Shafiul Islam, Shahadat Hossain, Abdur Razzak, Enamul Haque junior
