Bears End Pre Christmas Training With Paintballing Session

Bears players took their revenge on Conditioning & Fitness Coach Chris Armstrong, for a packed pre-Christmas training programme by spending a day at Delta Force Paintballing Centre in Hockley Heath.

Chris became an easy target for the boys, who've been working on dedicated cardio and strength programmes on the Colts Ground, at the Edgbaston Cricket Centre and at the David Lloyd Cranmore Club in Shirley, since the beginning of November.

They will return in the New Year to continue fitness work, but with cricketing activity taking much greater prominence.
