Durham's Ben Stokes scored 100 to guide England Under-19s to an impressive 31-run victory over India Under-19s in the final initial group game of the Under-19 World Cup. Scorecard

Stokes' innings helped England reach 246 for eight in their innings, Atiq Javed offering support with 42 and in reply, India recovered from being reduced to 87 for five to be bowled out for 215 in 46.4 overs, David Payne taking three for 40 and Stokes and Nathan Buck both taking two wickets.

Wicket-keeper Sufiyan Shaikh top scored for India with 45 in 72 balls.

The result confirmed the quarter-final draw as follows:
