The West Indies have made one change to their 13-man squad ahead of the decisive fifth One Day International against England in St. Lucia later this week.

Nikita Miller, who picked up a side strain while batting during the fourth match, which England won by nine wickets in Barbados, is unavailable and has been replaced by fellow left-arm orthodox spinner Sulieman Benn.

Benn played a key role in setting up the West Indies' innings victory in the opening Test in Jamaica but has not featured against England since taking three for 24 in the Twenty20 International in Trinidad.

Meanwhile, England pair Kevin Pietersen (back) and Andrew Flintoff (thumb) have undergone scans on the injuries they picked up in the Barbados game.

West Indies: Chris Gayle (captain), Denesh Ramdin (vice-captain), Lionel Baker, Sulieman Benn, Dwayne Bravo, Shivnarine Chanderpaul, Fidel Edwards, Kieron Pollard, Ravi Rampaul, Dale Richards, Darren Sammy, Ramnaresh Sarwan, Lendl Simmons
