England fast bowler Katherine Brunt will miss the second Women's Ashes One-Day International in Melbourne due a lower back injury.
Brunt was ruled out of the opening match, which England won by seven wickets, with the injury, and she is still recovering.
England are 8-0 up in the multi-format series and the Melbourne Cricket Ground hosts the third game in the series tomorrow (23rd January).
"She won't be available tomorrow," England captain Charlotte Edwards told the media in Melbourne. "We are constantly monitoring her and seeing where she's at.
"Her back has flared up again. This has been an ongoing problem for Katherine for five years now. It's unfortunate it's flared up again but the one thing is she can recover quite quickly from it.
"The great thing is we have a good pool of bowlers now. Although it's obviously disappointing for Katherine, it's a huge positive for us that we have replacements like Katherine Cross to come into the team."
After winning the Ashes Test and the opening ODI, England are one win away from retaining the Women's Ashes.
With Brunt unavailable, Anya Shrubsole and Kate Cross are expected to lead the bowling attack as they did in the opening ODI.
