Chorleywood And Knebworth Park Make No Mistake

Chorleywood and Knebworth both won batting second to maintain the top two positions in the Saracens Hertfordshire Cricket League Division One.

Knebworth Park dismissed Flitwick for 98 before reaching their target with three wickets to spare while Chorleywood bowled Old Fincheians out for 116, reaching 120 for two to take a convincing eight-wicket win.

As a result, Chorleywood top the table with 203 points and Knebworth Park are just six points behind in second place.

In Division Two, previous leaders Dunstable were beaten in a high-scoring match by Broxbourne and have dropped below Leverstock Green whose three-wicket win over Knebworth Park II puts them four points ahead.

Baldock remain the team to beat in Division Three after a four-wicket win over Rickmansworth left them 29 points clear.

2012 Middlesex ECB Premier League leaders Winchmore Hill beat Ealing by nine wickets to remain ten points clear of Eastcote at the top of the table. Leaders Chorleywood were denied a win by Totteridge Milhillians, who closed on 135 for nine having been set 166 to win while Knebworth Park capitalised by beating St Albans by 12 runs.
