Tasmania batsman Ed Cowan and New South Wales opener David Warner will captain the Cricket Australia Chairman's XI teams which will take on India from 15th to 16th December and 19th to 21st December respectively.
The matches will be part of India's preparations for the opening Test on Boxing Day and the team for the second match includes several Test-capped players.
Aside from Warner, Phil Hughes, Doug Bollinger, Trent Copeland, Peter George, Usman Khawaja and Shaun Marsh will get an early opportunity against the Indians in the second game.
South Australia's tall fast bowler George, New South Wales's Josh Lalor and Redbacks wicket-keeper TIm Ludemen feature in both squads.

"In the second of these two Cricket Australia Chairman’s XI matches a number of players in contention for the Vodafone Boxing Day Test squad will have the opportunity to press their claims. In the second game Shaun Marsh will be making his return from injury."
