William Hill have cut the price of England winning the final Ashes test from 4/1 to 3/1 after solid support in the last few hours as British cricket fans react to positive Freddie feedback.

The good news about Freddie is set to spark a £20 Million gamble in what could be the best backed test in bookmaking history. Despite a very wobbly middle order Hills have also seen money for England to score over 450 runs in their first innings and have cut the price from 4/1 to 5/2. Punters are also keen to back anything Freddie and he is 8/1 to produce a man of the match display, 2/1 to score fifty, 10/1 to take five wickets and 10/1 to score a hundred

"England have been by far the best backed side today as punters put their faith in Freddie to bring back the Ashes," said Hill's cricket betting spokesman Rupert Adams.
