Just over 96% of wagers placed on the first ODI against Pakistan have been for England despite the prohibitive odds of 4/11. England have also been backed at 3/1 to win the series 5-0 and there has been a decent punt on a player scoring a hundred on Friday.
 
"In several years of looking after the cricket I cannot think of a team that has been so friendless," said Hill's cricket betting spokesman Rupert Adams.
