William Hill have lengthened their odds on Kevin Pietersen to start the first Test against Sri Lanka following reports of a rift between him and team director Andy Flower.
Pietersen is now 4/7 to play England's first Test of 2014 having previously been 1/4 while Flower is 1/2 to remain in his position.
"The odds suggest that if the ECB have to make a decision between the two they will go with Andy Flower not Kevin Pietersen," said William Hill's cricket betting expert Rupert Adams.
"That said the odds suggest both will still be part of the England setup at least for the near future," he added.
Meanwhile, William Hill made Australia 2/5 to win the ODI series, which they now lead 1-0 following a comfortable win in the opening game.
