Cricket Courses At GCCC

With yet more school holidays looming, Gloucestershire have the ideal solution for parents with young cricket fans. Why not come and play the Gloucestershire way at a GCCC cricket course?

Gloucestershire hold regular cricket courses at the County Ground in Bristol for children aged 8 – 14 and of all capabilities. The courses cover the rudimentary skills of batting, bowling and fielding in a relaxed enjoyable manner. The courses include small game activities and group coaching. They are a good introduction to cricket or an opportunity to develop competent cricketers who are beginning to play representative cricket for their age group.

Gloucestershire’s Cricket Centre Manager, Damian Forder “The courses are action packed and are designed to cater for all abilities from beginners to the competent cricketer. Spaces are limited to ensure the quality of coaching remains at the highest of standards.”

There are still spaces available for the next half term course on 29th – 1st June for £45 per place. The courses are held at the County Ground from 9.30 -11.30am for 8-11 year olds and 1-3pm for 11-14 year olds. So call the coaching department at Gloucestershire County Cricket Club on 0117 9108043.
